The EI-DVI Laboratory Incubator series is specifically designed for maintaining optimal temperature conditions required for growing and sustaining microbiological cultures and cell cultures. The units in this series utilize an Analog Regulator Temperature control system, providing dependable thermal management for standard incubation processes.
 
Robust Construction and Insulation:
Each incubator is built as a sturdy, double-walled unit. The inner chamber is constructed from high-grade Stainless Steel (typically SS 304), offering high corrosion resistance and a long operational lifespan. The outer body is manufactured using high-grade mild steel (MS) finished with a durable powder coating, which protects the unit from rust and scratches.
To ensure efficient heating and minimal heat loss, the gap between the internal and external walls is filled with high-quality insulating material, such as glass wool or mineral wool.
 
Temperature Control and Uniformity:
These models operate using an Analog Regulator (Thermostatic) to control the temperature. The typical temperature range for this series is from a few degrees above ambient (room temperature) up to 70°C. Heating is achieved using tubular U type air heaters, or specialized high-grade nickel chrome wire elements, placed strategically for uniform heat distribution.
For enhanced internal temperature consistency, the incubators feature air circulation facilitated by motor-driven fans or blowers, promoting a forced convection system that ensures superior mixing and dispersion of air throughout the chamber. Ventilation is provided on the sides to remove any hot gases or fumes.
 
Internal Features and Accessibility:
The interior chamber is equipped with adjustable, sliding shelves constructed from stainless steel wire rod or perforated material. Access to the chamber is via a double-door configuration: an outer metal door sealed with a synthetic rubber gasket, and an inner door featuring a glass viewer window. This glass window allows for visual monitoring of samples without disturbing the internal temperature conditions.
