What sets the RO-TAP Sieve Shaker apart is its specialized mode of operation, combining two distinct movements: a horizontal, circular motion and a vertical, tapping motion. This dual action ensures that testing material particles are efficiently stratified, allowing them to seek and pass through the critical openings in the test media. This robust and proven motion mechanises hand sieving and guarantees highly reproducible particle size determination.

Application and Capacity:

The J-94 RO-TAP Sieve Shaker is designed exclusively for dry sieving and is suitable for analyzing particles ranging from 25 mm down to 25 microns.

This machine is built to accommodate standard Jayant brand test sieves up to 8 inches (200 mm) in diameter and 2 inches (50 mm) in height. The maximum capacity allows for 8 sieves plus an Upper Lid and a Bottom Receiver.

Construction and Power:

This heavy-duty unit is built with an internal electric motor (1/4 H.P.) supplied by Crompton or other Best Indian makes. The running parts of the mechanism operate in specific machine oil (Machine Oil No. 40) to ensure longevity and smooth functioning.

Important Note:

Please note that the J-94 Sieve Shaker is supplied as the main unit only. Sieves, the Upper Lid, the Bottom Receiver, and the Lubricating Machine Oil No. 40 are not included and must be acquired separately.
