The most significant operational advantage of the OCTOVISION 901 is its twin basket configuration. • Two USP/IP-compliant basket assemblies.
• Each basket assembly includes 6 tubes and 6 guided discs.
• The system uses two 1000 ml glass beakers for the water bath media.

The Model 901 operates using a microprocessor-based controller, ensuring reliable, precise, and repeatable control over all test parameters. The test duration and the water bath temperature are easily programmed via a user-friendly digital keypad.
• Display: A bright LED display provides clear and simultaneous indication of both the elapsed run time and the real-time bath temperature.
• Timer and Alarm: The programmable digital timer allows for easy setting of the required test duration. Upon the completion of the pre-set test cycle, an audible alarm automatically alerts the operator, guaranteeing timely and accurate result logging.

• Movement: Both basket assemblies are designed to reciprocate smoothly at a constant, pharmacopeia-compliant rate, with a standard up-down speed of 30 ± 1 strokes per minute and a stroke length of 55 ± 2 mm.
