Return Policy

You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Only products in NEW condition can be returned. NEW means unopened products in their original packaging and products that have never been used. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product shows traces of use.

Return Process:

  • Inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue.
  • Return labels are usually included in the package. If not, email us at info@scispectrum.in, and we will send one digitally.
  • The return shipping costs are your responsibility and must be paid to the shipping carrier. This applies to both returns due to dissatisfaction and returns of defective products.

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund approval status. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days of our notification. It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exchanges: The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new item.
