Advanced Functionality Powered by Microprocessor Technology
At the heart of the BI-PHT-510 is a built-in microprocessor chip, enabling a suite of intelligent functions. These include:
• Automatic calibration and flexible automatic or manual temperature compensation.
• Data storage capabilities, allowing it to store up to 200 data logs, including readings, GLP (Good Laboratory Practice) data, date, and time.
• Intelligent function settings, automatic shutdown after ten minutes of inactivity, and low voltage alarm.
• Digital filtering and slip techniques are employed to significantly improve the meter's response speed and data accuracy. A dedicated symbol is displayed when the measured value achieves stability, ensuring you record reliable results.
The meter is equipped with a new type of pH electrode and a two-in-one temperature probe, providing both automatic and manual temperature compensation for enhanced measurement accuracy and simplified operation. It boasts automatic recognition of 15 different buffer solutions across three types: European & USA, NIST, and China standards. Furthermore, it supports 1, 2, or 3 point calibration, catering to various accuracy requirements.
User-Friendly Operation and Extendibility
The BI-PHT-510 offers two operation modes: extended and basic. The extended mode provides 5-point calibration and allows for the use of 2 custom buffers, while the basic mode features 3-point calibration with 5 preprogrammed buffers. Electrode connection is made incredibly easy with a 3.5 mm jack input. For seamless integration with other devices, it includes two USB interfaces for PC connection, power supply, and efficient data transfer. Its extendibility is a key advantage, allowing different electrodes to be installed to test not only pH but also conductivity and dissolved oxygen. The circuit board incorporates Surface Mounted Technology for improved reliability in product processing, and a white backlit LCD screen ensures clear readability.
