Digital Serological Water Bath – EI-DVI Series:
The EI-DVI Digital Serological Water Bath is a dependable and essential piece of equipment for modern biological, pathological, and quality control laboratories. This series offers robust double-walled construction, utilizing high-quality stainless steel for the inner chamber and corrosion-resistant mild steel for the exterior. It features microprocessor-based digital temperature control for excellent accuracy and ease of use. This description covers three primary models tailored for different capacities: a single rack digital unit, a 2-rack 500-watt digital unit, and a 4-rack 1000-watt digital unit.

Robust and Insulated Build:
The unit features double-walled construction. The inner chamber is made of stainless steel (SS), ensuring durability and hygiene. The outer chamber is constructed from high-grade mild steel (M.S.) with a powder-coated finish. This coating protects the unit against rust and normal scratches. Insulation between the inner and outer walls is provided by thick mineral wool or glass wool to prevent heat loss.
Precision Temperature Control:
Temperature regulation is achieved via a totally microprocessor-based P.I.D. or Digital Temperature Controller cum Indicator. The working temperature range typically extends from Ambient +5°C up to 97°C (or 100°C). These digital controllers are specifically designed for accurate temperature rating and control.
Heating and Safety:
The unit utilizes an immersion-type heating element or tubular U-type air heater. The inner chamber typically includes a perforated cover of stainless steel which acts as a diffuser shelf finish. A thermostat based safety device is included as a safety feature. The equipment operates on a standard 220-230 Volts AC, 50/60 Hz Single Phase power supply.
