ADVANCE Manual Polarimeter Model PA-2 The PA-2 is available with either a Half Shadow or a Triple Shadow optical system, allowing laboratories to choose the best option for their applications. The highly sensitive Triple Shadow system, in particular, offers superior definition and permanent focus even with difficult or dark liquids, ensuring high accuracy, repeatability, and strain-free viewing for the operator. Designed for durability and performance in all environments, the instrument features tropic-proof optics that resist the influences of hot and humid climates. A key modern feature is the Integrated Lighting System, which replaces the traditional bulky sodium lamp. This provides the advantage of immediate, stable illumination while saving valuable table space and electrical power.
