Working Principle Digital Bomb Calorimeter BCM Series
The sample is ignited in a high-pressure oxygen-charged vessel (BOMB) which is submerged in water inside a Copper Calorimeter Vessel. The heat generated during combustion transfers to the water, and the resultant temperature increase is accurately measured to calculate the Calorific value and Heat of Combustion.
Safety and Quality Assurance Digital Bomb Calorimeter BCM Series
Each Advance Calorimeter Bomb undergoes rigorous testing before leaving the factory. It is tested at an internal pressure of 300kg/cm² for a period of 10 minutes without any sign of leakage, in accordance with requirements of:

- IS:1350 (Part-II) 1970
A works Test certificate is issued with each Bomb, ensuring the highest standards of safety and reliability.
Innovative Push Fit Type Gas Filling System
Our latest design features an extremely user-friendly Push Fit type Gas Filling System that:
- Significantly reduces the risk of damage to the costly Gas Filling Valve
- Eliminates cumbersome Copper Gas Filling Tubes by using Stainless Steel braided Teflon Hose
- Reduces oxygen charging time from 10-13 minutes (using copper tube) to less than 3 minutes
- Prevents cross-threading and subsequent damage to the Gas Filling System
