RICO RSBT 6 Digital Bomb Calorimeter Set
The RICO RSBT 6 Bomb Calorimeter is a precision instrument designed for measuring the heats of combustion (gross calorific value) and the sulfur content of solid and liquid hydrocarbons and various other fuels. It utilizes a microprocessor-based control system and an LCD display for sophisticated yet easy operation. Advanced Digital Functionality
The RSBT 6 model provides automatic calculation of results. It features a high temperature resolution and readability of 0.001°C. Data entry, such as the weight of the sample tablet or water equivalent values, is facilitated by numeric digits provided on the front panel. The calorimeter is designed to hold the peak temperature with an alarm indication. The operation method is Isothermal.
Comprehensive Set Components
This complete set is supplied with all necessary components for analysis. The key hardware elements include a stainless steel bomb of 300ml capacity and a corresponding SS crucible. The temperature control system incorporates a water jacket and an inner vessel made of copper. Efficient heat distribution is ensured by a motorized stirrer. The set also includes auxiliary equipment such as a briquette press, firing unit, and a pressure gauge with rubber pipe fittings. Temperature readings are provided by a digital thermometer (RICO brand) and the system includes 2 meters of NI chrome wire (40swg) for firing. The stainless steel bomb supplied is often certified with a hydraulic pressure test certificate.
