The PC 450 boasts flexible calibration options, allowing for automatic calibration up to 5 points with USA or NIST buffer groups (or up to 6 points with DIN). A new manual option also supports calibration with up to 5 custom buffer standards. Its auto buffer recognition feature automatically identifies the correct pH buffer for rapid calibration, saving time and increasing efficiency. A convenient calibration due alarm can be set to remind you when recalibration is necessary, ensuring consistent accuracy.
For conductivity measurements, the meter offers an auto-range from 0 to 199.9 mS across five ranges, with up to five calibration points. Users can select from various cell constants (0.10, 1.00, or 10.0) and adjust the temperature coefficient from 0.00 to 10.00 % per ºC, along with an adjustable conductivity-to-TDS factor from 0.40 to 1.00.
The device can store up to 500 data sets, complete with a built-in real-time clock that stamps both stored and calibration data with the time and date, ensuring Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) compliance. Data transfer is made easy with USB or RS232 output options.
