Return & Refund Policy

  1. Introduction This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through www.scispectrum.in (the "Site"), operated by SciSpectrum Lab Essentials Private Limited ("SciSpectrum," "we," "our," or "us"). Please read this policy carefully before placing an order. By placing an order on the Site, you agree to the terms set out below.

  2. No Returns Policy Goods once sold will not be taken back.

We do not accept returns for any products under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

Change of mind after purchase. Dissatisfaction with the product after delivery. Incorrect ordering by the customer (wrong model, specification, quantity, or variant selected). Product no longer required.

All sales made through the Site are final upon delivery.

  1. Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

  2. Why We Follow This Policy SciSpectrum operates on a dropshipping model. Once an order is confirmed and payment is received, the order is placed directly with our authorized dealer, who ships the product from their warehouse. Because goods move directly from dealer to customer and are procured specifically against your confirmed order, we are unable to accept a return, restock, or cancellation once an order has been placed and confirmed.

  3. Order Confirmation Please verify all product details, specifications, quantities, and delivery address carefully before confirming your order or accepting a quotation. Once payment is received and the order is confirmed, it is considered final and will be processed for dispatch by our dealer.

  4. Cancellations Orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been received and the order has been confirmed with our dealer for dispatch.

  5. Refunds As no returns are accepted, refunds are not applicable except where required under applicable law, or at SciSpectrum's sole discretion in exceptional circumstances.

  6. Warranty Claims This policy governs returns and refunds only. It does not affect any manufacturer warranty applicable to the product you have purchased. Warranty claims (for manufacturing defects arising after normal use) are handled separately, directly through the respective brand's warranty terms and service network, and are not covered under this Return & Refund Policy.
