Introduction These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.scispectrum.in (the "Site"), operated by SciSpectrum Lab Essentials Private Limited ("SciSpectrum," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing the Site, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you ("you" or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site.
About SciSpectrum SciSpectrum is a B2B supplier of laboratory instruments and equipment, serving pharmaceutical QC labs, research institutions, industrial ETP facilities, and environmental testing laboratories. We operate on a dropshipping model — when an order is confirmed, our authorized dealer ships the product directly from their warehouse to the address you provide.
Eligibility The Site is intended for use by businesses, institutions, and professionals procuring laboratory instruments for organizational or commercial purposes. By using the Site, you confirm that you are authorized to place orders on behalf of your organization and are at least 18 years of age.
Products and Pricing We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product descriptions, specifications, and pricing. However, errors may occasionally occur. Prices are subject to change without prior notice and are confirmed only at the time of quotation or order confirmation. Product availability is subject to confirmation from our dealer and may vary from what is displayed on the Site. Images are for representation purposes; actual product packaging or minor specifications may vary by brand or batch.
Quotations and Orders Enquiries submitted via WhatsApp, email, or the Site may result in a quotation, which is valid for the period stated in the quotation. An order is confirmed only once payment has been received against a quotation or invoice. Once confirmed, your order is placed with our dealer for dispatch, and cannot be modified or cancelled — see our Return & Refund Policy for further detail. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity, in which case any payment received will be refunded.
Payment Payment must be received in full before an order is confirmed and dispatched, unless otherwise agreed in writing (for example, under a purchase order arrangement with an institutional buyer). All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise, and are subject to applicable GST. GST-compliant invoices are issued separately upon order confirmation.
Shipping and Delivery All orders are shipped in accordance with our Shipping Policy. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed, as they depend on our dealer and third-party courier partners.
Returns and Refunds All sales are final. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for details, including our process for reporting defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items.
Product Warranty Products sold through the Site may carry a manufacturer warranty, the terms of which are set by the respective brand (including but not limited to Eutech, Hanna, Mettler Toledo, Sartorius, and Lutron) and not by SciSpectrum. Warranty claims are handled directly through the brand's warranty terms and authorized service network.
Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, SciSpectrum shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of the Site or the purchase of products, including but not limited to loss of business, downtime, or data arising from equipment performance. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.
Intellectual Property All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, product descriptions, and images, is the property of SciSpectrum or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content without our prior written consent.
Third-Party Links The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including brand or courier partner websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these third-party sites.
