High-Precision Monitoring with Extended Range
The PSC-150 features an extended monitoring range, capable of measuring Electrical Conductivity from 0 to 9999 µS and Total Dissolved Solids up to 5000 ppm. With a resolution of 0.1 for lower ranges and 1.0 for higher ranges, it offers the granularity needed for sensitive applications like reverse osmosis (RO), aquaculture, and industrial water purification.
Intelligent Automated Control
Equipped with a programmable relay control, the PSC-150 acts as a "silicon guardian" for your system. Users can set a specific maximum set point; if levels exceed this limit, the controller automatically activates a warning light, sounds an optional audible alarm, and triggers the built-in relay. This allows the unit to open or close circuits for external devices such as solenoid valves, pumps, or alarm systems, ensuring immediate corrective action.
Advanced User Interface and Display
The unit boasts a large, bright, tri-color L.E.D. display that is easily readable from a distance. It provides real-time on-screen temperature readings in both Celsius and Fahrenheit. The digital calibration feature allows for simple, push-button adjustments to maintain accuracy over time without the need for manual trimmers.
Robust Design and Easy Installation
Designed for standard industrial panels, the PSC-150 requires a precise 68mm x 68mm cut-out. The package includes a high-quality SP-1-PSC sensor probe with 1/2" NPT threading and a 3-meter (9.8 ft) shielded cable to minimize electrical interference. The stainless steel sensors and durable ABS construction ensure long-term reliability in demanding environments.
