The HT-9819 CFM/CMM Thermo-Anemometer is a high-precision, multi-function device engineered to deliver accurate measurements of air velocity, air flow (CMM/CFM), and air temperature. This instrument is crucial for environmental monitoring and analysis across various fields. The anemometer is primarily used in key industries such as electric power, iron and steel, petrochemicals, and energy.
Key Features and Functionality
This anemometer measures three primary variables: Air Velocity, Air Flow, and Temperature. It supports a comprehensive set of units for maximum utility, including five distinct units for air velocity (M/sec, Km/H, Ft/Min, MPH, Knots) and two units for air flow (CMM and CFM).
The device is equipped with a large, Dual Function 4-Digit LCD display that allows the user to display air flow/air velocity and temperature simultaneously. Data is captured efficiently with a rapid sampling rate of 1 reading per second. For improved battery life, the unit includes an auto power off feature that activates after 15 minutes of inactivity, as well as a low battery indication.
Sensor Technology and Application
The HT-9819 employs a high-quality sensor system including a PHOTOTUBE SENSOR. The measurement mechanism utilizes conventional angled vane arms paired with a low-friction ball bearing to ensure accurate velocity readings. Temperature sensing is managed by an NTC-type thermistor.
Due to its robust design and accurate readings, the HT-9819 is suitable for use in diverse environments, including the laboratory, workshop, outdoor, and garden.
