Detailed Product Description:
Overview:
The REMI RLR 300 Laboratory Refrigerator is a high-performance unit specifically engineered for the precise storage of temperature-sensitive items such as reagents, kits, samples, and vaccines (Type: Vaccine Refrigerator). This model, part of the REMI RLR series, is crucial for maintaining sample integrity in various settings including pharmacies, pathology, biochemistry, hematology, microbiology, serology, genetics, and diagnostics laboratories.
Precision Temperature Control and Monitoring:
The RLR 300 utilizes an advanced microprocessor-based electronic controller for precise temperature management. It is designed to maintain a controlled temperature range of 1°C to 10°C. The unit features a Digital LED Display which provides a wide visual interface for temperature reading and includes a Hi-low temperature alarm system, ensuring critical materials are protected from temperature deviations.
Enhanced Cooling and Storage Features:
This upright laboratory refrigerator employs a Frost Free cooling system with forced air circulation to guarantee uniform temperature distribution throughout the 300 Litre chamber. It also incorporates Automatic Defrost functionality with an evaporation tray for simplified maintenance and continuous, efficient operation. The inner body is constructed from medical-grade compression molded plastic or pre-painted galvanised iron.
Storage within the unit is managed by four adjustable, plastic-coated wire mesh shelves, allowing users flexibility in accommodating various sizes of containers. The design promotes clear product visibility through a lockable, dual pane glass door and features internal lighting.
Construction and Reliability:
The RLR 300 is built for durability and long-term reliability. The outer material is made of Pre Painted Galvanised Iron. The unit features PUF Insulation and uses the environmentally responsible, CFC-Free Refrigerant 134a. For easy movement and positioning, the unit is mounted on rollers. Additionally, operating noise levels are kept low, measuring at less than 55 dB. The refrigerator is manufactured in India.
