The Saffron MODEL SES200 is a versatile and External Digital Electronic Precision Balance designed for applications demanding high accuracy and reliability, particularly in laboratory, scientific, and business environments. Featuring a maximum capacity of 200 grams and a fine readability of 0.001g (1 mg), the SES200 provides high
resolution weighing capabilities.
Advanced Features for Reliable Weighing
This precision instrument comes equipped with a suite of standard features ensuring high performance and ease of use:
• High Resolution Display: The balance utilizes an easy to read Bright green LED Display or an LCD (Backlit) display with advance eye protection, capable of delivering high resolutions over 1,000,000 stable counts.
• Stability and Accuracy: The SES200 offers high stability and better repeatability. It operates with an approximate accuracy of 98% and ensures quick results with a stabilization time of just 2 seconds.
• Robust Load Cell Technology: The core weighing mechanism includes an anti vibration feature and an environmentally protected load cell with temperature compensation.
• Calibration: Features single touch Auto external calibration.
• Safety & Protection: The balance includes safe overload protection rated at 120% of Full Scale (FS), and ultimate overload protection up to 150% of FS.
• Connectivity: A standard RS232 interface is available for communication, enabling the connection of devices like a PC or printer.
• Versatility: Supports multi weighing units and provides High/Low indication. It is categorized as a digital precision balance, typically suitable for pharmaceutical labs, chemical/research labs, quality control, food and beverage industries, and jewelry measurement.
• Design & Portability: Features a space saving and accompanist design and includes an interior folding wind shield available for operation at 1mg sensitivity.
• Optional Functionality: An inbuilt rechargeable battery backup is optionally available for continuous use, and an optional Density Determination kit can be acquired.
