Workzone AM-4202 Digital Anemometer | Air Velocity & Temp Meter:
Product DescriptionWorkzone AM-4202 Digital Anemometer with Temperature
The Workzone Model AM-4202 is a high-performance digital anemometer designed to deliver fast and accurate readings of air flow and temperature. This portable instrument features the convenience of a remote sensor and digital readability, making it an indispensable tool for measuring environmental parameters. The compact housing cabinet ensures it is easy to carry out for field measurements.
Key Features and Benefits:
The AM-4202 is engineered for precision, utilizing advanced design elements for high reliability.
• Fast and Accurate Measurement: This portable anemometer provides fast, accurate readings with digital readability.
• Dual Functionality: It measures both air flow and temperature, displaying results in multiple units including m/s, km/h, ft/min, and knots for air velocity, along with Celsius (℃) and Fahrenheit (℉) for temperature.
• Advanced Sensor Design: The unit features a low-friction ball-bearing vane design, which ensures accuracy at both high and low velocities. Conventional twisted vane arms, often a source of unreliability, have been eliminated in this design.
• High Visibility Display: The large 18 mm LCD display provides a clear read-out, even in bright ambient light conditions, and is designed for low power consumption.
• Data Control: A convenient DATA HOLD function is included, allowing the user to store the desired value on the display for easy reading and recording.
• Robust Construction: The instrument uses durable, long-lasting components housed within a strong, light weight ABS-plastic case.
• Temperature Sensor: Built-in temperature measurement uses a naked-bead type K thermocouple probe for fast temperature response time.
Versatile Applications:
The AM-4202 Digital Anemometer is suitable for wide applications across various industrial and technical environments.
It is commonly used for:
• Checking air conditioning and heating systems.
• Measuring general air velocities and wind speeds.
• Monitoring ambient temperatures in various settings.
