MECHANICAL STIRRERS REMI RQ-126 D
REMI RQ-126/D Digital Mechanical Stirrer
The REMI RQ-126/D is a medium-duty, direct-drive overhead stirrer designed for reliable and continuous use in a variety of laboratory settings. It is specifically engineered for applications requiring powerful stirring of larger volumes, up to 25 liters, of aqueous solutions and other low-viscosity liquids like light oils. This model is an ideal choice for routine lab work, quality analysis, sample preparation, and research and development. At its core, the RQ-126/D features a robust Permanent Magnet DC (PMDC) motor, known for its powerful stirring and dependable performance even during prolonged operation. A key advantage of this model is its stepless electronic speed regulator which includes a clear digital RPM indicator. This allows for precise, uniform speed control across a range of 120 to 2000 RPM, which is crucial for applications where process validation and reproducibility are paramount. The speed controller is often a remote unit, offering the user enhanced safety and convenience by allowing adjustments to be made away from the mixing vessel. MECHANICAL STIRRERS REMI RQ-126 D The stirrer is built to handle larger batches and comes equipped with a heavy-duty, 450 mm long stainless steel (SS 316) stirring shaft with a 10 mm diameter. It is fitted with a 75 mm pitched fan impeller, designed to provide excellent circulation and mixing efficiency in bigger containers. The unit includes a chuck for securely holding the shaft, which also allows for the easy interchangeability of different stirrer paddles to suit various tasks.
