REMI RQ-128D and RQ-128D D
1. REMI RQ-128D Low-Speed Geared Stirrer
The REMI RQ-128D is a light-duty, high-torque laboratory stirrer designed specifically for mixing viscous materials. Its geared motor provides the consistent power needed to handle substances like creams, pastes, ointments, and other thick slurries where direct-drive stirrers would fail. It is an excellent tool for formulation, research and development, and small-scale quality control.
Powered by a 1/20 HP geared PMDC motor, this unit delivers high torque at a low speed range of 50 to 150 RPM. This ensures that even dense materials can be mixed smoothly and continuously without stalling the motor. The stirrer is designed to handle capacities up to 3 kg. REMI RQ-128D and RQ-128D D
The RQ-128D features a remote speed regulator, often with a digital RPM display, allowing for precise speed control and safe operation away from the mixing vessel. It is supplied with a robust 8 mm diameter, 310 mm long stainless steel shaft, and is typically used with paddle or anchor-type impellers (sold separately) for effective mixing of viscous media.

2. REMI RQ-128D/D Heavy-Duty Geared Stirrer
The REMI RQ-128D/D is a powerful, heavy-duty geared stirrer built for pilot plants, scale-up processes, and small-batch manufacturing. It is engineered to handle large quantities of highly viscous and dense materials, making it suitable for industrial R&D and production environments. REMI RQ-128D and RQ-128D D
At its core is a formidable 1/2 HP geared motor—ten times more powerful than the light-duty model—that delivers immense torque. This power allows it to effortlessly mix batches up to 20 kg. The variable speed range of 50 to 280 RPM provides the flexibility to handle a wide variety of materials and mixing requirements.
Like its smaller counterpart, the RQ-128D/D uses a remote digital speed regulator for precise and safe control. To handle the significant torque and larger batch sizes, it is equipped with a very durable 12 mm diameter, 450 mm long stainless steel shaft, designed for use with large, heavy-duty anchor or paddle impellers.
