The Remi RQ-134 H/D is a high-performance Direct Drive Stirrer designed specifically for demanding laboratory and small-scale industrial mixing applications. As a heavy-duty model, it is engineered to handle substantial volumes and provide consistent, powerful stirring across a wide speed range.
Key Features and Overview:
This stirrer is classified as a heavy-duty unit, making it an essential piece of laboratory equipment for processes requiring robust mixing capabilities. It features a powerful AC/DC motor capable of achieving high speeds, ensuring efficient and homogeneous mixing of fluids. The model RQ-134 H/D is an ideal choice for laboratories needing to process large batches up to 80 litres.
Performance and Capacity:
The RQ-134 H/D utilizes a direct drive mechanism, offering stable performance and high torque suitable for handling water and low-viscosity liquids. The stirring speed can be adjusted electronically within a broad range, typically from 500 RPM up to a maximum of 5000 RPM, allowing operators precise control over the mixing process. The powerful AC/DC motor, listed at 2/3 HP, ensures reliability even under continuous operation. This model is generally suitable for use with aqueous solutions.
Design and Construction:
The unit features robust construction to withstand continuous use in demanding laboratory environments. The stirring mechanism includes a durable stainless steel stirring shaft with a standard diameter and length, providing ample reach into large containers. The stirring is powered by a specialized impeller configuration designed for efficient fluid movement at high capacities.
Important Note: The RQ-134 H/D model uses an analogue speed control and does not feature a digital speed indicator.
