REMI RQ-134L/D High-Performance Mechanical Stirrer:
The REMI RQ-134L/D is a high-capacity Direct Drive Stirrer designed to meet the rigorous requirements of professional laboratories, offering wide flexibility for demanding stirring, mixing, and dispersion operations. Engineered for high-speed performance, this model is robustly built for reliable use in large-volume laboratory tasks.
Overview and Application:
The RQ-134L/D model is categorised as a Direct Drive AC/DC Lab Stirrer, specifically tailored for applications requiring continuous variation of speed. It is ideal for heavy-duty stirring operations suitable for pilot plants, bench scale processes, and small batch production. Its performance characteristics are best suited for handling aqueous and low viscosity liquids, such as water. With a maximum capacity of 60 litres, it handles substantial volumes effectively.
Motor and Speed Control:
This stirrer is equipped with a powerful AC/DC 1/2 HP motor, ensuring robust performance even in continuous use. The unit features stepless speed regulation, allowing the user to select the appropriate speed across a wide range. The speed range extends from a minimum of 900 RPM up to a maximum of 6000 RPM, providing the necessary rotational power for rapid dispersion and thorough mixing.
Impeller and Construction:
The RQ-134L/D uses a specialized Pitched Fan impeller (x2) for enhanced stirring efficiency and homogenization. The components are designed for durability, featuring a stainless steel stirring shaft with a diameter of 12 mm and a length of 450 mm.
