Product Description: Remi Model RQG-128C/D Heavy Duty Geared Stirrer:
Overview of the Heavy Duty Geared Stirrer:
The Remi Model RQG-128C/D is a specialized heavy-duty low-speed stirrer engineered for applications requiring high torque, particularly for stirring viscous fluids and materials. As a geared stirrer, it is highly suitable for routine laboratory work, research and development, QA analysis, and sample preparations involving liquids that may change viscosity during the mixing process.
Advanced AC Brushless Motor Technology:
This stirrer is powered by a specially designed AC Brushless motor. This heavy-duty motor operates without brushes, ensuring reliable performance without producing sparks, making it ideal for continuous use and mixing materials that require careful handling. The system includes an in-built chuck and transformer speed regulator for precise control.
Performance and Capacity:
The RQG-128C/D is built to handle significant loads, offering a maximum stirring capacity of 20 Litres. It operates within a low-speed range of 50 to 500 RPM, delivering the necessary power for effective mixing of highly viscous substances such as paint and gear oil.
Durable Construction and Design Features:
The stirring mechanism is designed for durability and flexibility. The stirring shaft measures 10 mm in diameter and 450 mm in length. The stirring shaft is constructed from Stainless Steel (SS 316), while the impeller, which features a 4 Cross Blade design (or Radial Turbine type), measures 90 mm in diameter and is also made of SS 316. A key design benefit is the hollow output spindle, which allows the stirring shaft length to be easily adjusted. The unit is manufactured in India by Remi Lab World/REMI ELEKTROTECHNIK Ltd.
