Remi RQG-129/D Digital Geared Stirrer (25 L Capacity):
The Remi RQG-129/D is a powerful, heavy-duty geared stirrer engineered for specialized applications requiring high torque and low speed agitation. Designed specifically to handle viscous fluids, this digital laboratory stirrer provides reliable performance and precision control, making it an essential tool for research, development, and quality assurance applications.
Product Overview:
The Geared Stirrers series by Remi is specifically designed for a broad spectrum of applications where high torque is necessary for mixing viscous fluids and materials, such as heavy oils, lubricants, and paints. The RQG-129/D model features a PMDC (Permanent Magnet DC) motor, offering powerful stirring capabilities and reliable performance, even during continuous use. With stepless electronic speed regulation and a digital display, this unit ensures accurate speed readouts, which is invaluable for processes requiring validation and reproducibility.
Key Performance Features:
High Torque Mixing for Viscous Materials This geared stirrer excels at mixing high viscosity liquids such as paint and gear oil, which are generally challenging for standard direct drive mixers. The advanced gearing system ensures that maximum torque is delivered consistently at low speeds, guaranteeing thorough blending and dispersion of substances up to 25 litres.
Precision Speed Control and Monitoring The unit is equipped with a digital speed indicator, providing uniform speed control and allowing users to precisely set and monitor the stirring parameters. The speed range of 50 to 550 revolutions per minute (RPM) offers flexibility to match specific process requirements.
Durable and User-Friendly Design The Geared Stirrers feature a hollow shaft in the output spindle, which permits easy length adjustment of the stirring assembly. The stirring shaft is constructed from SS 316, and the retort rods are made of SS 304, ensuring durability and corrosion resistance. The design includes a chuck for easy interchangeability of the shaft.
Ideal Applications The RQG-129/D is suitable for routine laboratory work, research and development, QA analysis, and sample preparations across various industries, including chemical processing, pharmaceuticals, and food and beverage manufacturing.
