Remi RQT-134H/D Heavy Duty Digital Direct Drive Stirrer:
The Remi RQT-134H/D is an advanced, high-performance direct drive laboratory stirrer engineered to meet the rigorous demands of modern research and industrial applications. As a heavy-duty stirrer, it provides exceptional power and precision, making it an ideal choice for tasks requiring consistent and efficient mixing, particularly for medium to high-viscosity liquids. This model is distinguished by its digital speed indication for enhanced accuracy and process validation.
Performance and Control:
This stirrer is equipped with a high-torque direct drive motor, delivering powerful and consistent stirring action. The advanced speed regulation system provides complete control over the stirring process, allowing for fine-tuned adjustments to ensure optimal mixing across a wide range of applications.
Key performance features include:
• A broad stirring speed range from 500 RPM up to 5000 RPM.
• A Digital Speed Indicator (DSI) for precise speed readouts, which is valuable for processes requiring validation and reproducibility.
• A powerful motor rated up to 2/3 HP, ensuring reliable performance even with heavier loads.
Robust Design and Versatility
The RQT-134H/D is built with durability in mind, constructed from robust, high-quality materials to withstand the rigours of continuous laboratory use. It is engineered to perform consistently in demanding environments.
Specific design specifications:
• The large stirring capacity of 80 Litres is suitable for handling substantial batch sizes, from small-scale experiments to pilot plant processes.
• The stirring shaft measures 12 mm in diameter and 450 mm in length, ensuring thorough and homogeneous mixing deep within the liquid.
• The system uses a chuck mechanism for easy interchangeability of the stirring shaft.
• The unit employs a specialized Impeller Type (Pitched Fan x 2) with a 75 mm diameter, designed for efficient fluid movement and optimal mixing results.
Applications:
This stirrer is designed for multipurpose use in laboratory settings, chemical processing, pharmaceutical development, and industrial research. It is particularly well-suited for mixing applications involving aqueous and low-viscosity liquids such as water, and can effectively handle challenging medium to high-viscosity media.
